Best Robot Vacuums and Mop Systems
This vacuum cleaner is an ideal choice for those who live in apartments as it uses a smaller docking system and carries its own rubbish bin. The application lets you set different modes and monitor cleans. The mopping function is also impressive.

Its mapping, obstacle avoidance and mopping capabilities are impressive. It picks pet hair, spills, and dirt. It also self-empties, cleans itself and refills its tank.
iRobot Roomba Combo
The iRobot Combo includes mopping in addition to the already impressive vacuuming capabilities of the robot. It doesn't quite unseat our reigning Editors' Choice, the Deebot X1 Omni, which offers more cleaning power and an app that is easier to use on mobile devices however it makes an excellent choice. robot vacuum cleaner cheap picked up dirt from hard floors and carpets. Its obstacle avoidance may not be as advanced as other systems like LiDAR and structured light, but it is able to avoid most collisions.
The Combo has many of the same features that the J7 Plus includes, such as an onboard acoustic sensor to determine the type of floor and AI-powered Navigation, but it's not able to set suction power manually. It's also a little less compact than its vac-only counterpart, and doesn't come with self-empty docks.
The Combo is one of my favorite options for homes with a lot of space. Its elegant design is also one of the best I've seen in the market. The clean matte black plastic appears better than the majority of competitors' glossy or metallic finishes, and iRobot's little touches--like a leather tab to open the bin on the board and a shelf in the dock that can hold additional bags--are more elegant than a lot of its rivals'. The iRobot Combo also makes it easy to create maps of your home, as well as to create Keep-Out Zones, No-Mop Zones and Clean Zones.
Roborock
Roborock, a relatively recent player in the robot mop and vacuum industry has already established itself with innovative cleaning technology. The brand's vacuums have industry-leading suction, while mopping systems make use of vibrating mops to keep floors of dirt. You can also modify the cleaning routine of the bot by using a variety of scheduling and mapping options.
Roborock's obstacle avoidance feature allows the robot to spot objects that are smaller than its own height. This is especially useful for Roborock's most popular models, such as the Qrevo Master. It is the best of its kind in terms of navigation, due to the combination of vSLAM and LiDAR. Other robovacs have been known to slam into pet waste and slam furniture, without even noticing. The Qrevo Master is able to solve this issue with an AI system called Reactive which makes use of dual cameras to perceive the objects within the room.
Roborock robots have a variety of convenience features to reduce maintenance. These include docks that can be automatically empty and mop-washing stations that have multiple functions. These features make it unnecessary to empty the dust bins or wash mops manually, making for a truly hands free ownership experience. The app is simple to use thanks to its straightforward design and lag-free connection to the robot.
Hobot Legee D8
With a range of cleaning options and advanced mopping features the Hobot Legee is among the top robot vacuums/mops for both wet and dry floors. Its advanced navigation system blends five technologies to plan and take the most efficient route. It can also identify different flooring materials and identify obstacles with pinpoint accuracy. It can even raise itself 7mm to glide on carpets. The smart spray system makes use of the appropriate amount of water to get rid of staining without leaving ugly water marks.
The Legee is the Gen 4 Robot, competes directly against the Eufy Robovac X9 or Ecovacs Deebot T20. Both of them cost more. It has more features than either of them and has the more flexible D-shaped body that is able to clean the corners and under cabinets better than a round robot. Its sensors include 360deg (3D) (Lidar Encoder Gyro and E-compass) four forward-facing sensors, 1 right-side-facing (IR ToF distance sensors) and 2 pairs of cliff detectors front and rear (most robots only have one pair). The robot also includes Legee SLAM, which helps to reduce the bump-and-grind issues that plague Gen 4 Robots.
Contrary to other robots unlike other robots, the Legee has a built-in trash compactor, and can use the less raunchy 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. The LuLu mop wash station is included and is able to wash, refill and dries your mop's 'cloth. This means you can use it for up to six times longer than other mops. It also reduces waste and the frequency at which bins are emptied.
Karcher RCV 5
The brand is known for its pressure washers and garden tools, Karcher has been dabbling in robot vacuums for quite a while and this is their most technologically advanced model. It is powered by LiDAR and creates maps of your house and can be programmed to vacuum or mop. It can also tell the difference between carpets and hard floors so that you don't get the dreaded pile of puddles.
Its navigation is excellent that can avoid furniture or rugs easily. It can also lift itself over steps. The robot is programmable with different settings, including cleaning schedules and rooms it will clean. It has an emergency button' that will force the robot to return home when its power runs out. It can be set to shut off automatically if the threat of storms is imminent.
The RCV 5 is very easy to use and, despite being heavy, at around 4kg, you shouldn't have difficulty moving it around furniture. Safety features such as sensors that warn it to avoid stairs will be appreciated by those with small children. Once charged it will take just a few hours to recharge and the two buttons on the top will flash green to indicate it is ready for action.
Mova E30 Ultra
The Mova E30 Ultra robot vacuum cleaner balances advanced technology with affordable. It's a direct competitor to models such as the Dreame L10 Ultra and Roborock's Q Revo. Despite its lower price tag it is worth the price. Mova E30 Ultra offers features that other models cannot compete with. It uses sensors to adjust the settings for different surfaces and floors and also to find areas with dirtier surfaces. It can also move more slowly to avoid damaging delicate furniture or walls.
The device can map the interior of your home that you can view through the app. You can also mark out specific rooms and objects you want the vacuum to avoid. The vacuum will slow down when it spots an obstacle and stop from bumping into it. It also comes with an intelligent dust bin, that alerts you to the fullness of the bin so that you can empty the bin at the right time.
The Mova E30 Ultra is an affordable choice for those looking to outsource their the chores of daily cleaning. It's a robotic mop and vacuum that can clean your floors without you having to lift a single finger. It features a clever design which increases the cleaning of corners by as much as 60%. It has up to 7000 Pa of suction power as well as RoboSwing arms, and it can be controlled via the app or voice assistants such as Alexa or Siri.
Beko RCV3
The Beko Robotic Vacuum/Mop RCV3 a sleek, feature-packed vacuum/mop. It does a great job of keeping floors neat and tidy. It's not able to lift its mop to clean carpets and rug, as does the Roborock S8 MaxV ultra, but it's very effective at cleaning hard floors. It comes with a self-emptying bin, a high level of suction, a range of mopping options, and a premium application that runs on iOS and Android.
It's smaller than most of the competition, and its main brush is shorter than others, but it was able to get the job done in a short amount of our test area effortlessly. The brush that rotates on the side for edges is a nice touch and, while it didn't lift dirt off our carpets as well as some of the competitors however, it did a good job overall.
The robot can be programmed to have individual cleaning parameters for each room. It can then create detailed maps using LiDAR's built-in navigation. It's simple to control through the app, and a range of voice output options will keep you informed about the condition of your home robot. Regular updates to the software improve and increase the performance. The application can be used to remotely manage the RCV3 even when you are away from home.
